I'd like to announce a new website http://www.msipackagingforvista.com. This website is devoted specifically to packaging for vista and the packaging part of a vista migration.

In the coming years it is clear that many companies will migrate to Vista. As deployment professionals it is a great idea to position ourselves ready for upcoming migrations.

I *hate* to rain on anyone's parade, I really do, but I have some notes for you.

- Your start page takes F O R E V E R to load in IE6 and FireFox2
- There's no forum, limiting its usefulness. There are a gazillion free fora available for download. Or people could just stay here, where there's a long-established knowledgebase and panel of members.
- The code in the script article http://msipackagingforvista.com/combining-an-msi-and-mst-in-to-one-file.html cannot be copied and pasted because you have substituted the quote marks with &#8220 and &#8221 (not always consistently, either). Of *course* I can search-and-replace but why not simply have a 'Download code' button? Or a button which copies to the clipboard automatically, using the correct characters?

Other than that...I'll reserve judgement.

Hi folks,
pretty thin content on this site.
And what is a script for merging an MST into MSI good for?
There are tools from the SDK (WiUseXfm.vbs and Msitran.exe) to do this, which have been available for years.
