Trying to sell some co-workers on the technology. Roll-back features, deployment, updates with mst's have been my arguments.

you could also tell them that MSFT technology is completely in the MSI direction.

IIRC in Windows vista, no more setup.exe. Windows Installer will be responsible for all applications.
