MS Expression Web silent install prompts for reboot

I am trying to install\uninstall EXPRESSION WEB using Config.XML in silent mode.

Install-uninstall is working fine but at uninstall it prompts for REBOOT the system even though the config file is suppressing reboot.

Is there any way hide the prompt for reboot. I tried changing the SuppressModal property in config to YES but then it reboots without displaying the prompt

here is text of Config.XML i am using.
=============================================
<Configuration Product="WebDesigner">
<Display Level="Basic" CompletionNotice="No" SuppressModal="no" AcceptEula="yes" />
<PIDKEY Value="AAAAAAAA55AAAA5AA5A5AAAA" />
<Setting Id="Reboot" Value="ReallySuppress" />
</Configuration>
=======================================
command to install --Setup.exe /config "Path of config.xml"
uninstall --Setup.exe /uninstall WebDesigner /config "Path of config.xml"

You need to capitalize the property REBOOT. Windows Installer properties are case sensitive.

Try SETUP_REBOOT and set it to NEVER. You don't say this is an office 2007 app but it sounds like it's in the same format. Many properties have changed with 2007.

I will appreicate any other suggestions.
