Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 3

I'm in the process of packaging Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 3 (MAINSP3ff.msp).

The current packagege has SP1 Admin (MAINSP1_Admin.msp) and SP2 (MAINSP2ff.msp). Does SP3 superceede these or will they need to be present also?
