Microsoft Office 2010 Customization Wizard

Hello Guys,

I am trying to install MS Office 2010 through group policy. I ran setup.exe /admin and created my *.MSP file. Once I tried to add the *.MSP file through "software installation", I received an error stating "Add operation failed. unable to extract deployment information from the package. Run validation on the package to ensure that the package is correct". I know I need to add .MSI file in Software Installation in group policy, but I do not know how to use it as the file I created is an MSP file. Would really apprecaite your help.

You can just use the msi file, you just need to put that msp file in the correct folder to apply it.

I am not sure but I think you can just put in the update folder ..., it has been a couple month's since i installed office 2010 so i am not sure anymore.
