Merging MSI and MST

Hi,

I have two packages.The first one uses a msi file by a vb script.The second package is a transform.The second one needs the first to be installed.The second needs a restart after the installation.How can i make these two in to one single file ?

The second package is a transform

what's the second package a transform on? Is it a transform for the first MSI?
If so you might want to take all the changes the second transform makes and add them to the first transform.

If not, then it doesn't really make sense :)

No The products are from the same company.The second one needs the first as per requsite.

Intrestingly the first product when installed from the media installs the second one too. However the packaging was done in this way and i am thinking of whether it could be made in to one
