Merge helpdesk tickets
When we receive multiple tickets for the same issue is there a way to merge the ticket into one?? Any Ideas woule be great....

Merge, no; but you can create a parent ticket and associate the child tickets to that.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,so that the conversation will remain readable.
