Anyone experienced with using Meraki to push out Activesync profiles? We've begun using it to add Exchange profiles to people's iOS devices, but some users encounter an issue where, after already having the Meraki deployed Activesync profile on their phone for a while, the email will suddenly disappear from the mail app. 

Going to Settings-> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Account -> Email address and retyping the password seems to force a resync and email runs smoothly again.

The issue is seemingly random. The profile itself hasn't been changed since we first configured it. It will only happen to one user at a time. The issue spans across several different iPhone and iOS versions. There are no Active directory, exchange, or password changes to the user account that might prompt the issue.

The Meraki support community is a ghost town. Anyone have any ideas out there?
