Is there any tool to rewrite master boot record? I found mbrfix (www.sysint.no), however it is not free for commercial purpose.

TestDisk is open source (yay!), works under all PE variants and does what you want, and lots more. Worth checking out.
It has saved my ass a couple of times when using diskpart.exe to clean the wrong disk, and other similar fun stuff :-)
