Manual Scripting Update?

Is it possible to manually evoke a scripting update? Is that the same thing as an inventory checkin?

If the script is already on the machine you should be able to:

runkbox {script number} 0

This is in relation to the "Also Run Once at next Client Checkin" option for offline kscripts

runkbot.exe 3 0 updates the kbots cache, which seems to say it check for new scripts. I ran this and it ran the script as I wanted.

thinking about it more it seems the obvious solution is to create a script that just "runkbot.exe 3 0"s and run that one on demand.

This is all in the aim for testing "deploy once at next client checkin" option for offline scripts.

I would like to have that scripting update happen on demand, and not at the next normal interval.
