Managesoft wrapping
I am trying a wrap a MSI in managesoft which only consist of VBS and Normal.dot file which changes few settings in MS WORD. I am getting error messages and this wrapped package doesnot affect the settings. Please help me out to solve this problem.

Hi Shah,
What sort of errors are you getting? Maybe try looking in an MSI log from the installation of your package to see what is happening when ManageSoft attempts to install the package.

I get an error message which is a normal windows error which says to restart microsoft word with buttons as 'send error message' or 'don't send'. i get this message again and again until i open a MS word file and even the settings doesnt get applied.
