Managed install message

Hello everyone,

For a Managed Installation I have created some custom messages for users that explain what is happening. This is working fine.

However, during the Managed Installation there is also a message that an application is being updated and when it is finished, a new message wil appear (all in English).
I would like to change this message so I can recreate it in Dutch.
When editing the Managed Installation, this progress message is nowhere to be found for editing.

Also, these messages have an orange color fading out to white, is there a way to change the orange to a different color?

Thank you in advance.

  • Is the progress bar being pushed by the application not Kace? What is your install command? - SMal.tmcc 5 years ago
  • The popup shows then you choose to notify users of a managed installation.
It is de default popup in the lower-right corner of the screen. I actually only wanted to show a completion message, but there is also a default progress message which I would like to modify, but I don't see where that is possible. - Loei 5 years ago
  • I'm fairly certain that this will require a support ticket and possibly professional services. - chucksteel 5 years ago
  • you can always turn off all notification. use a batch file to install and call the "msg" command at the end

msg * Install is done have a nice day :) - SMal.tmcc 5 years ago
