Making a Knowledge Base Article

I created a article in the knowledge base of our K1. I am way under the character limit but for some reason when I save the article half of it gets cut off and is nowhere to be seen. I am under the character limit so I do not think that is the issue. However I am using multiple pictures within the article so could that be the issue? When creating the article the interface allows me to do everything I want and add everything the way I want but every time I save it and go back in to it to see how it looks, half the article and pictures are gone. Any idea would help me, thank you.

  • I can add some pictures if that'll help with troubleshooting.
    • Yeah, can you do that? Or did you get this figured out?

      I was looking through our Knowledge Base and we don't have many with pictures - however, we have a lot that are very lengthy.

      How are you adding the pictures? Are you attaching them to the article?
