I recently migrated one Mac to another, and the destination Mac cannot authenticate to the Kbox through the AMPAgent. I have had similar issues with other Macs as well. They just can't seem to reach the appliance. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Can you check the Kagent.log and konea.log on that destination mac at /Library/Application Support/Quest/KACE/data/ folder and see if any error in the log

  • I ended up working with a KACE tech and it was Agent Alert BMP. After we deleted and replaced it it worked fine.
