Location URl is not absolute

Hi Guys, 

Later last week we had an outage with our KACE server from then we have trouble in connecting our KACE console, we tried checking with our VM it shows below error. 

Can anyone assist us in this?

Seems like the webserver is down. Did you reboot the VM appliance ?

  • Yes, we have restarted it and after entering our credentials it throws this error.
    • are you trying to login with konfig account on console and getting this ?
      • It would be good idea to contact support and have them look at it.
      • Yes, we are trying with Kconfig account and we already have a ticket open in this issue.waiting on their response.
