You should check out some job websites like monster or jobserve. Or you could announce your availability via a post on this site (which you've sort of already done). You should probably mention which country(s) you'd like (and be eligible) to work in, as well as your experience of desktop engineering and packaging.

I doubt anyone will give you an exhaustive list of companies that use MSI technology, but generally anyone with more than a few hundred desktops will be doing some kind of packaging.
