I am trying to determine how the link custom field works in the K1000. I am trying to simply create a hyperlink that is clickable inside the ticket. However, when I create a custom field using the Link option it just displays the URL in the ticket. Can a custom field not be created that will display a clickable hyperlink? If not, please add this feature. If so, please help me understand how to do this as there is very little info on this topic in the manual.

i think you are doing the right thing, if you set your custom field to a link and the link is accepted as valid by KACE then the link should be clickable from within the ticket, You will also need to set the field rights correctly. For example if the field is set to read only you will not be able to click.
