Lenovo t540p stuck at config mgr installtion

Hi

I try to install t540p but it stop after

 v set status 3

v set windows and configmgr

I get a popup  "installutil.exe can not run". Do want to install .net framework 4 now?

Any idé why it´s happend??

other Lenovo laptop working fine.

  • check to see what version of .net is installed on the working one and compare it to the one that fails - SMal.tmcc 10 years ago
  • I presume you're *building* a T540 rather than installing it and that this is being done via a Task Sequence in SCCM?

    If I'm right, check out SMSTS.LOG and its companion SMSTS-[datetime.stamp].LOG. That will at least contain more information than what you see on the screen during TS execution. - anonymous_9363 10 years ago
