I'm getting a kupdater error on a handful of users.
It happens about once an hour. I figure that is the agent trying to talk back to the KACE server. Background: I've been trying to push software to a few users...the same users are now getting the Kudater errors. All appear to have an AMP connection but none have checked in. Some for as many as 10 days. I tried to re-provision the agent on the PCs and get a "successful" result but the PCs will still not check in ( Inventory) .
Also, we are at (probably over) our PC license limit. I'm not sure how that affects all of this but thought it might.
Any insight to this would be very helpful.
