Kontainer not uploading to server

I'm trialling the Kace software at the moment and have gotten to the point of trialling Kontainers. I've created a Virtual Kontainer using the Kontainer Creator Utility, the install completed, it's all happy and I have the appropriate KVD and KVI folders on the machines drive. However the software has not appeared on the server. It has been at least an hour and there has been no sign of activity. Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT For further info:
This has happened when trying to create Kontainer on both Win7 32-bit and WinXP SP3 32-bit with multiple installers. With firefox I initiated a kontainer creation from the server and that appeared on the server fine. It does appear to only happen when the kontainers are created client-side... which is a shame as that is potentially the most useful way to build them.

Kontainers don't support Windows 7 today so please stick with your WinXP SP3 32-bit system for now. Is the machine on which you are creating the Kontainer Package provisioned by the KBOX? If so, only a record of the package should appear in the creation tab-- then on KBOX you'll need to click the "upload" button to get the actual binaries that make up the package on the KBOX for distribution.

Thanks. I tried the Kace trial live support and they told me similar regarding the non-support of Windows 7. However following what else I was told about the future of Kontainers and their support (or the lack thereof) I think I'll hold this trial for now and rethink our immediate plans.

For the record: The application record still hasn't appeared in the creation tab. But resolving this problem is now no longer my priority so a solution isn't needed at this moment in time.

Thanks for your help,

Ash
