Keeping a attachment with the ticket email
How do I have both the ticket and attachment emailed to me?
If you mean, how do I get the servicedesk to email me when I get a ticket and include the attachment in that email, I think the easy answer is that you can't. Happy for any of the Quest bods to correct me, but I think that the attachment is stored on the SMA in such a way that you can only ever link to it, as that reduces the risk of filling your SMA up with copies of attachments. This means that you have an embedded link within the ticket UI and you can only choose to download it or view it in the ticket UI, so you cannot send an email and include the attachment, you can only send a link to the ticket through which you can then see the attachment .
