KACE Windows Patch Vetting has been discontinued?

On 5/10 MS released a patch that was critical with three zero day fixes.  I noted it was available immediately.  The next day it was determined that this patch had a major defect where logins could be blocked.  The KB is (KB5013941).

Here is the report concerning the defect:

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/microsoft-may-windows-updates-cause-ad-authentication-failures/

In checking the catalog I see the patch is still active. Normally, this would not be the case once it was determined a patch had a serious issue.

KACE used to vet Windows patches and as a result were not available for a few days. And when a defect was found I noted they would mark it as inactive.  I became somewhat dependent on this service which was part of our License.  Has KACE discontinued this service? If so, did I miss an announcement?

thanks.
