KACE v 6.4 Beta and full version roll out

I have been trying to figure out the status on version 6.4, but it has been very elusive to me to find the status.  There are a few things that I am trying to figure out.

1. Where is it at (Release Candidate, Beta, etc.)
2. How Stable is the current form?
3. What is the planned release date?
4. How do I get the RC, Beta, Etc?

My company is planning on rolling out our service desk and we were waiting on this version to make sure that we didn't have any major face lifts (for user confusion purposes) afterwards.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Personal opinions on the RC, Beta, Etc. are welcome.

1. currently RC3 AFAIK
2. it works fine, has nice functions
3. it is planned soon (possibly september)
4. since it is shortly before release I assume you will no more taken to the test group.

Comments:
  • I figured that may happen. I was hoping it would be early September, but one would never know until it happens. We are all itching to roll out the service desk, especially since we are currently using 2 systems. Thank you for your input! - zgillette 8 years ago

Hello,

As many of you have probably seen, there is now an open beta for 6.4.  Below is the link of the IT Ninja link.  You should also see some information in your news feed on the K1000.  I hope this helps some people!
