Kace update ticket submitter script.

So recently a Kace update has caused Kace to no longer automatically update the submitter of a formstack request to an email within the request and now leaves it as noreply@formstack.com.

Initially I was going to make a ticket rule on save to get an email as a string within the comment however it seems comments are stored as a single entry within a table making it so I cannot grab a single part of them individually with SQL. Is there any other workaround to make it so that Kace does automatically update the submitter of the ticket based on information within the formstack request?

I dont know but this sounds like the send as from formstack has changed, not kace.  Sounds like the workflow needs a look at on the formstack side.

I suppose you could dig for the email within the body of the email within a rule but that doesnt sound like fun.

Maybe I am missing something here and someone else can chime in.
