KACE Systems Management Appliance 11.0.119 Agent Bundle not working. Help!!

Hi All,

Last night I upgraded our Kace SMA virtual appliance to version 11.0.270 which all seemed to go fine.  However, when I tried to apply the 11.0.119 agent bundle it starts to go through the upgrading process and just stays there.  I left it on the page all night as when I logged back in to the system using another browser the agents are still on version 10.2.108.  Has anyone else got this working and could help me work out what is going wrong?

according to your question you tried to upload the agent under Settings | Appliance Maintenance.
This is only for appliance updates
Please upload under Settings | Provisioning | Agent Update for all orgs you want to update the agent.
