Kace SMA 10 Update Catalog Update time

With the high alert patches that was released last night, how long does Kace take to update its catalog now? I know its supposed to be faster but I haven't seen a definite time line.

  • Same question here. We've been refreshing the updates catalogue downloads on a regular basis since early this morning and nothing has changed no updates received even though they are available through/for WSUS, SCCM etc

If you have not done a patch download after 8 am PT today, please try a manual patch download.

  • We have run several manual downloads since early this morning. Still not seeing the update appear in the catalogue.
    • Was the patch download after 8 am PT today?
      Before this time they may have not existed in the patch feed. I see the new patches that have downloaded after 8 am PT today.. Please list one or more patch names and KB and I can verify.
  • We have also ran manual checks. I kace is showing most current updates being released as of 1/10/20.

      • OK, it appears to have now turned up. However, when you "view by" "All Patches" it still fails to show up in the list. The last one to show up in the list are the ones that came in one the 10th January.

        What I had to is go to "Custom view" and specifically look for "publisher contains Microsoft" for it to actually show up.
