KACE Secure Browser Firefox 3.6.23 Install/ uninstall problem

I had been running the Secure Browser since January, last week it started hanging on load, couldn't get to the reset pane, so I used the built in uninstaller through Windows Add/ Remove...It seemed to uninstall ok, so I tried to re-install, and the install hung after about 5 minutes, only way out was to shutdown the PC, which brought up a "Rolling Back" window, then system shut down.  On startup, seems the Secure Browser  - kinda - installed, only the install is broken, all the files seem to show up, but it loads as a generic 3.6 install, no wrapper.  There's no option to uninstall the "busted" install, it does not show up in Add/ Remove Programs, Revo can't find it either.  It did pull in my settings from my other Firefox install, and it tried to install some add ons, which were not compatible, which I deleted through the correct panel.

I'm running XP SP3, tablet, Comodo Firewall, and BitDefender free AV.

The file structure seems identical to the working install, with folders for a lot of what seem to be system files, (Adobe, Documents and Settings, Program Files, etc.) and I'm not sure if it's safe to delete these types of files within the Secure Browser.

What do I need to do to remove the buggy Secure Browser, and re-install the KACE version?

Thanks very much!
