Hey all, I have a custom email notification rule setup to email the submitter when they submit a ticket and when new comments are posted on a ticket. When a user replys to a ticket notification, it updates the ticket which is great and works as it should, my question is, how can I the owner get notified when they do that? Thanks. I also wonder if they get a email notification when they reply to a ticket update since that supposely would tigger an email update on it's own

  • You should be able to use the Email on Events section and under Owners put a check box next to comments. That would be the easiest way of doing it but all comments added would get emailed to the Owner.
