KACE Product Support Question


KACE not patching any Servers

Hello,

I'm running into an issue. It seems like KACE is not pushing out updates to any of my servers. The last updates I see, on several servers, dates back to the beginning of 2018. Is there a regedit that I need to add? I thought I remember somewhere that I have to add a key or dword for windows server to see KACE as a legitimate update server.

at first you should review the patch settings:
Are the OS of your servers subscribed?
Are the servers in any patch schedule?

If both yes, check the logs.
If you need help, contact support.

    • c:\programdata\quest\kace\user\KAgent.log

Do you have KACE agents installed on your servers as well?

  • Yes, I do have agents on the server.
