We have a Dell server, which has the KACE Management software installed on it. The server allows us to connect to the management gui via the web. Every month the web service stops responding, and when we try to access the server it become unresponsive. The only way we can get this working again is to drive to the data centre and reboot. Have anyone encountered this issue?

This is not expected behavior!!!! I would open up a ticket with support. It sounds like there may be a issue with your box.
