Kace K1000 Ticket rule SQL query to change queue

Have anyone solved this ?

Have made a ticket rule that change queue on a ticket, if the submitter have choosed a certain
The rule change the queue, but all values are set to first one in the new queue, but i cant figure out how to transfer the values
from the first queue.

Each queue has a different corresponding ID for Status, Impact, Category, etc., as they are customizable by queue.  The STATUS_ID for a ticket in queue 1 is different from the STATUS_ID for a ticket in queue 2, even if the text is the same.  So your update query will have to change those ID values to the ones appropriate for the target queue.
