Kace K1000 Service Desk - Monthly Help Desk Ticket Report

Good Day Everyone,

   I have a K1000 at my place of employment. I am need of a SQL script that will generate a report. This report will generate the list of monthly closed tickets per owner. At the end of the list is a statement that says "(Owner) is has closed (number)% of their tickets. (Owner) is currently is or not meeting threshold".  

I already have a report that lists the closed tickets per owner.  But it would nice if I can generate a statement at the end of the report that shows 

1) number of open tickets
2) number of closed tickets
3) percentage of closed tickets

Red Belt
The KACE reporting engine doesn't have that functionality. If you need a report in this format then you will need to invest in a more powerful reporting tool like Crystal Reports.
