Kace K1000 Inventory

Agents are actually pinging and when we check at the Kace K1000 Inventory agents displayed as "Disconnected" and there is no Synch from last 15 days.

Because of the issue Agenst are not participating in the MI and Patching Jobs

Check below things at Client Machine;

-Port block 52230

-Is DellKace Agent Service running under the Services

-Allow Local Windows Firewall

-Check the amp.conf file inside the Client Machine Location C:\ProgramData\Dell\KACE\


If everything is fine then restart the DellKace Agent ervice and check
