Kace: How to add a new Help Desk tech's username to be a Owner

Been searching but I haven't found an answer yet. I have a new HD tech and I need to add his Kace username to be a "Owner" so tickets can be assigned to him. What's the steps????

Hello jechols,

Go to: Settings->Users->Find your User->Manage Associated Labels

Then add the label that is the owner of the queue. Voila!
