How long is a piece of string? So the cost of implementation and configuration depends entirely on the complexity and functionality that you require from your queue. Then the complexity leads to delivery duration and cost of course. As a basic "rule of thumb" we take 2-3 days to complete a simple queue, if you require more complex functionality and custom ticket rules it will obviously take longer, but our average engagement for KACE servicedesk is typically 5 days.
