Dear Kace,

I recently updated to the latest Kace Go App (5.0.1030) and notice that when I view the "Recent Tickets" instead of displaying recent tickets it displays all the opened tickets in our queue.  Can you guys looks into that for us and see if you can correct this bug.

Is this happening on IOS or Android?

I just tested it on Android, and is working as expected, just showing the most recent tickets and not all tickets.

  • This is only happening on IOS devices. Currently using IOS 12.01 and my co-workers are also having the same result.
