So i noticed sometime last week that our KACE emails suddenly stopped functioning. No more daily reports, no more Service Desk emails, nothing... What are the steps to figure out what is going on? I can't recall anything changing with our network that would cause this.

  • What server version are you running? First thing that I check here in KACE Technical Support is to test sending an email via the K1000 by going into Troubleshooting tools and change dropdown box to Test email. Put in an e-mail address. Information will appear. Are there any errors?

  • Yeah, i get Frozen (delivery error message). : retry time not reached for any host after a long failure period
