Kace email notifications have html codes? How can fix this?

Whenever an email notification from Kace service desk arrives in Inbox, it has these html codes in between them.

Someone know what settings need to be changed in KACE to make the emails appear properly? 


Changed ticket Status from &quot;New&quot; to &quot;Responded&quot;.<br

There is a patch that support can apply.  The 5.4 release should fix that as well.

  • Is it possible that you can tell me the patch name? Whenever I have talked to support they told me its a mail server issue, where in fact nothing has changed in the mail server.

  • In an older link it came down to RTF being on in the exchange connector, do not know if you are using exchagne or not.
    This problem turned out to be resolved by turning off RTF on the Exchange connector (Organization>Hub Transport> Remote Domain.
