KACE Product Support Question
Kace does not download Managed Install .exe file
I am attempting to deploy Adobe Reader 11.0.10 via a managed install. I have properly matched the software file to the software record. My managed install is enabled, and i have selected (2) machines for testing purposes. Within the software record I have selected the supported operating system.
When my test machines are prompted to install via the popup from Kace, I noticed that the process is too quick, all three notifications show within seconds of each other. I have located C:\ProgramData\Dell\KACE\downloads on my test machine. There is a folder that has been automatically created, but the Adobe reader 11.0.10 .exe file has not been downloaded.
My question is, how exactly do I get Kace to download the file to the client test machine?
We are using a K1000 environment. Current Server Version: 6.2.109330
We are not in an Active Directory environment.
