KACE Cloud Mobile Device Management MDM
I have an iPad that was listed in our MDM and was enrolled and being monitored, however, the iPad got factory reset and is now broken from the original device listed and now I can't delete it, the options are all grayed out. Does anyone know how I can delete the device?

If it is a personal device, there should be an option to delete the device under More Actions in the device's detail pane.
As long as you have a Device Admin role assigned to your user account (not Device User), you should be able to perform this action. You may need to unenroll the device first from the same drop-down before attempting to delete the device.
If the device is a DEP-managed device, you cannot delete it like you would be able to for a personal device. You can try to re-enroll the device and it should link back up. If not, you'll need to use Apple Business Manager to assign the device to a different virtual MDM server (that your KACE Cloud MDM server is not linked to) and re-sync the device. At that point, you should be able to delete the device from KACE Cloud MDM.
If none of this works and you're sitting in a smoldering heap at this point, be sure to contact Support and they can investigate further to help resolve your issue.
Please note that I am not a technical expert on the product, just a Product Manager trying to help out.
