Kace 6.0: Batch Script Successful But Changes Don't Occur

I'm trying to run a script that changes the screen lockout time in the registry. When I run the script by double clicking, the registry changes occur as expected. When I run the script through Kace's registry script, the job is successful, but the changes don't occur.

Has anyone ran into this issue before? I have other registry scripts that occur fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

If the keys you are trying to modify are under hkcu you need to run batch script as current user after they are logged in so the registry is opened.  Scripts by default run as system.

Screen timeout is indeed a user setting held in the HKCU hive, so cannot be changed using a script running under the default system account.
You should be able to set this value using group policy or via a login script.

Thank you, makes sense now. It works fine when I changed the options.

Thanks for the help!
