Kace 1000 Reporting
We are becoming well versed with the K1000. Now that we are setup and things have been running very smoothly for a few months, we are now ready to dive in to the reporting features.
We need to update k1000 Communications report to only return devices that have not checked in for over 30 days.
How can we update this report or even build the report from scratch?

Thank you. I guess working on this reporting is not as tough as I thought, since I am not a SQL expert.

I use the wizard whenever possible. I do recommend installing a program like Toad on your tech station to see the kace databases and this will help you become more familiar with the sql on the K1 - SMal.tmcc 7 years ago
