Kace 1000 report for Assett Sheet

I am attempting to make a report to submit to accounting for them to track assets.  It's pretty basic I need to have the Asset # device type, manufacturer, cost, serial number, who its assigned to and company/division.  I want to be able to input the asset number then have it print the sheet instead of printing all assets.  Is this possible to do within the K1000?

when you create your report set your filter for that asset number

  • Ok so I will need to add that into the filter for each report. Not a problem since it's usually one or 2 at a time. Thanks for the help! - cmeisinger@lakeerieelectric.com 5 years ago
    • That is the easiest way. you can also create labels for machines you do reports on more often and apply that label to the report. I would just create a base report you like and duplicate that and add the machine name to the name or comments of the copy does not take up much space to store. - SMal.tmcc 5 years ago

Another option would be to enable the external reporting user and connect to the database with another tool. You could design the form in something like MS Access or even just Excel.
