K3000 Mobile App does not install on enrollment

I have a couple of devices that do not install the K3000 Mobile app that is set to install on enrollment.  I have removed the devices and added them back.  I have uninstalled the profiles and enrolled them a second time all to no avail.

What am I doing wrong?

After the profiles are installed, do you see the devices in the invetory? If so, why don't you go and just install the app manually?

  • Three of the four profiles are installed. I want to know why it doesn't work as it should instead of fixing it manually. When you have a bunch of these to enroll you don't want to have to mess with the little things as one offs. - matthewk24 10 years ago

Also, have you tried to enroll your devices through a different browser? Try Mozilla.

  • Again, I will not want to make the end user jump through hoops to get this to work as it should. I want it to work without hitch so that as I have my end users enroll their devices I don't have to deal with oddities or one offs. - matthewk24 10 years ago
