K2000 - Windows 10 Post Install

Hi All,

I understand we are all anxiously awaiting support for windows 10.

Just wondering if anyone has got post install to work when deploying windows 10 wim image.

Everything seems to work well except when the machines reboots it does not continue the deployment (Post Install).

Any advise or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

What particularly are you trying to do? I've got everything except naming working fine with windows 10. You need to build a KBE using PE10 in order for drivers to copy using dism aka driver feed. I think the naming exe needs to be rewritten for 10, it is more strict about when certain tasks can occur in unattend.xml (and that's the same reason you can't use the Kace Sysprep Creator on Win10... It corrupts the xml file and setup halts). - robcav 8 years ago
- I have created a KBE with PE10 and used windows system image manager to create the unattend basically comparing it to the kace sysprep unattend we have for 8.1.
  
  I have seen what happens when you try to use the kace unattend it does halt.
  
  After the image is deployed it should boot into the os and start completing its post install tasks like join domain install applications etc. - xmod 8 years ago
