K2000 license / MAC address
On KACE 2000 are consumed licenses per PC MAC address (agents). What happen when we change NIC (so we change MAC address) or replace a PC. Can we somehow reallocate already used license? How can we do that?

On your K2000, you can access the managed devices using these licenses from two paths (both lead to the same place).
First, on the Dashboard there is a library summary. Click on managed devices. Bingo - the list of managed devices.
You can also get to this location using the left hand navigation bar. Click Devices and it should bring you to your Device Inventory.
Once here, you can delete the devices that are no longer around, freeing up those licenses (search for the mac address to be removed, then delete).
There may be a better way, but that was how it was described to us when we got our K2000 appliance a few years back during training.
