K2000 KBE and RSA error

08/02/2016 2287 views
We setup an RSA (first time) and everything looks good so far. images drivers ect.. all syncing i am trying to create a USB to boot to the new RSA. using the KBE Manipulator i set all the info and it creates the KBE and sends it to the server.

when i try to boot to the KBE i get a strange script error from file:///y:/hta/deploy.hta.

we are running PE 10 and this is happening on desktops and laptops multiple dell models. any suggestions would be great

  • Is there a KBE Manipulator guide you followed to get these steps?
    • didn't follow any guide per say (outside of the initial training and admin guides). just stumbled across settings within KBE Manipulator.

So i posted this at the end of the day and went home for the evening. i came in this morning and checked to see if everything was the same (RSA - online and syncing properly etc.) and decided to try to boot to the KBE that points to the RSA. Looks like the KBE needed to sync to the RSA because that was the only change overnight and now it boots up and talks to the RSA with out issue
