[K1000] Web server error - the page is not redirected properly
Hello, i have an error when i would to connect on the k1000 web server "the page is not redirected properly" on firefox.
But on k2000 i have no error, it works fine.
Could you help me plase ;)

Cookies is ok. On IE i have this error "internet explorer cannot display the webpage".
K2000 is linked with K1000. I can open K1000 from K2000 but since this is not practical.

If this occurs on more then one computer I would contact tech support since this is happening in multiple browsers. The only other thing I can think of is a ssl setup problem on the k1000. I have seen this problem on a wordpress server from a loop caused by SSL misconfiguration and the server was trying to switch from http to https for a page.

If you have chrome or safari also try them and see what errors they produce

i have the same problem with ie, firefox and safari, kbox managment interface is not accesible.

I had this error when trying to upgrade to 5.4 and support had to SSH in and replace some files. Not sure if it was resolved for you but if not definately get ahold of them. I wouldn't work on Chrome, IE or FF for me.

If it does it only with FF and no other browser try tossing your cookies. If that fails see
