On the Appliance Updates page the Server current version is listed as 6.2 but the Agent available version shows as 5.5 even though from the inventory page every machine has the 6.2 agent. When you click on check for update it says there are no updates available.

Any ideas why this may be the case ?

  • I uploaded the 6.2 agent via the settings, provisioning, update agents, manually upload agent bundle page. I then pushed out the agent on the same page by ticking enabled, all devices.

If you did not upload the client for provisioning that could happen.  Under provisioning - update agents settings, upload the latest kbin agent file from Kace and it will then show the current version.
