K1000 tips for rolling out bios update to bitlocked machine with bios password protection

Was wondering if anyone has had any luck rolling out a bios update to a machine that has bitlocker enabled. We have found command line tools to suspend the bitlocker to do the update but it seems to only run on an administrator command line.

starting to think the only way to do this would be the following:

create a cctk bios update to disable bios password
look for a way to execute the manage-bde -protectors -disable F:
create another cctk to re-enable password.

Am i on the right path or is there an easier way?
